You did my shoulder (replacement) in the November 2009. I then raced in the Round the Island Race, Hayling Island in March 2010, completing the circumnavigation, must be about 21 miles in something like 3 hours, I recall I was amazed how the shoulder performed. The photograph was taken during a race at Datchet Water May 10th 2010. Ever since the shoulder has performed well.
Who says I can't fly a Tiger Moth after a rotator cuff repair?
Rotator Cuff Repair
It has been four months since I underwent a full shoulder replacement at the Circle Hospital, Reading. The signs so far been nothing but positive. I no longer suffer arthritic pain and I have already regained more than 80% of my shoulder movement and strength. I am continuing to have regular bi-weekly physiotherapy sessions which have proved to be a great benefit in my post-operative recovery. Based on my personal experience I would strongly recommend this procedure to sufferers of shoulder arthritis.
Your current patient is a friend of a friend of mine in the village. She telephoned me recently to say thanks for the recommendation and how thrilled she is with you and your skill.
The care given to my wife was amazing; the extra care and consideration by your anaesthetist because she is very needle phobic and allergic to lots of pain killers. Not only is Mr Brownlow a phenomenal surgeon, his people skills are incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Your whole team are amazing and everyone works so well together. We can’t thank you enough for everything from arrival to departure. Thank you CircleReading hospital!
"From the outset it was a positive experience"
6 months ago I had a successful reverse shoulder replacement performed by Mr Harry Brownlow, after 8 years of constant pain due to osteoarthritis. I have good pain free movement and am planning to have my left shoulder repaired in the near future. I would highly recommend Mr Harry Brownlow and his team
